Dr. Wendy Tzou is a Professor of Medicine specializing in Cardiac Electrophysiology. Dr. Tzou completed her Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology training at the University of Pennsylvania, where she developed her career specialty in advanced ablation techniques and device therapies.
Throughout her career, Dr. Tzou has made notable contributions to the field of electrophysiology. Her research has focused on optimizing catheter ablation strategies for complex arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation (AF). She has been instrumental in advancing the use of high-density mapping technologies and novel ablation approaches to improve procedural outcomes and patient care.
As a Professor of Medicine, Dr. Tzou is dedicated to educating the next generation of cardiologists and cardiac electrophysiologists. Her mentorship has guided numerous fellows and residents, fostering a legacy of excellence in clinical practice and research.
